For the moment there are no dues to join the NWIPA. All we ask is for you to download and fill out the member survey and send it to the address shown on the survey. Be sure to provide your email address, or another contact method so we can keep you up to date with club activities.

For the downloadable version, open and printout the survey, fill it out and send it to the address shown at the top of the form.
